Special Requests

If you would like to reserve any portion of the club for a non-club sponsored event or request a rules exemption, please attend the Board of Directors Meeting prior to the event for consideration. To be considered, you must be added to the monthly agenda. Please contact the Recording Secretary at [email protected] by Sunday before the meeting. A donation may be asked when reserving use of any part of the club. 

All non-club sponsored events must be supervised by a club member (who must be present at all times) and may be asked to provide proof of insurance coverage from your organization. Please consult the club’s calendar when picking potential date(s). Also, please be prepared to answer any questions that the Board may have about the event.
